Do you offer annual commitments?+
Yes. Annual commitments are discounted roughly 20% versus monthly billing. We also offer multi-year commitments for enterprise clients with additional discounts.
Are there seat limits on core modules?+
CRM and Advisor OS are priced per tenant, not per seat — add as many advisors as you need. Support Desk and Projects include generous seat allocations; add-on seats are available for high-volume operations.
Do you support migration from e123?+
Yes. We've built ARYS as the direct e123 replacement, and our team can assist with member, contract, and configuration data migration. Custom migration engagements are available at additional cost.
Is ARYS HIPAA compliant?+
ARYS supports HIPAA BAA agreements for all tenants handling PHI. We operate under a shared-responsibility model aligned with standard healthcare SaaS practices.
When will SOC 2 be available?+
SOC 2 Type I report is targeted for May 2027, with Type II following by end of 2027. Phase 3 GA customers will benefit from controls implemented starting September 2026.
Can I get custom contract terms?+
Yes — carrier and large TPA clients typically contract with custom MSAs, DPAs, and volume pricing. Talk to us about your specific needs.
Do enterprise tenants get dedicated infrastructure?+
Yes. Enterprise tier customers run on dedicated Supabase projects (Path C hybrid architecture), isolated from shared infrastructure. This premium tier is available from Q3 2027.
Is there a free trial?+
